Recommendation for Isabela Irizarry
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Isabela Irizarry, a former student of mine at the University of Central Florida, Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
Isabela Irizarry is a true leader. She is an all-around outstanding student who balances an intellectual ability with her devotion to critical thinking, curiosity, and personal academic achievement. In my Event Sales class, she was instrumental in leading a team project that included writing a response to a meeting planner Request for Proposal (RFP). She not only led four students on this project, but their project was the top scoring project in the class, thanks to her leadership and intellectual capabilities, as well as being able to work with others. In my Event Operations class, Ms. Irizarry interviewed and was chosen as the Operations/Exhibition Services Lead for the 2025 Spring Career Fair entitled Camp Career. As this career fair was the finest ever in the history of Rosen College, I was amazed with her drive at empowering her operations team to create a successful event. Her leadership, teamwork and resiliency were beyond reproach. She treated every student with respect and inspired them to do their best. It truly was an honor to have Ms. Irizarry lead the Operations team.
While at Rosen College, Ms. Irizarry remained focused and poised in her everyday activities in the classroom as well as outside the classroom. She worked both independently and as a team player and was willing to take on any task assigned to her. Throughout each semester, she was pleasant, courteous, and eager in her quest for success. Overall, she is a hard and smart worker who excels in everything she touches.
Ms. Irizarry enjoys contributing to the work environment and is a dedicated woman who should be considered for employment. I give my highest recommendation to Ms. Irizarry without reservation. Please feel free to contact me if you would like additional information on this bright and talented young woman.
Sincerely,
Steven M. Brinkman
