Professional Background
Hi, I’m Isabela! I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Event Management at UCF’s Rosen College, where I’ve honed my passion for creating experiences that feel seamless, thoughtful, and full of heart. From coordinating group itineraries at Walt Disney World to leading logistics for Rosen’s college-wide Career Fair, I’ve had the chance to grow in both guest services and operations.
I love the challenge of behind-the-scenes planning—anticipating needs, staying three steps ahead, and making sure everything runs smoothly while people simply enjoy the moment. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can bring calm to the chaos, find creative solutions, and support others with empathy and intention. Whether I’m managing vendors, building layered backup plans, or designing a smooth check-in process, I always lead with care and a steady hand.
Beyond the Resume
Outside of my professional world, I find joy in the little things—journaling with music on in the background, hosting movie nights, or exploring new places with my loved ones. I’ve always had a heart for helping others, which has led me to rescue more than 15 abandoned kittens over the years (my camera roll is basically a kitten scrapbook at this point!).
I'm someone who leads with heart and sees the beauty in connection. I'm a big believer in meaningful details, thoughtful gestures, and creating space where people feel seen and celebrated. I lean into nostalgia, intuition, and warmth—but I'm also always dreaming up new ways to bring people together and make memories last.
